1. Prize Money & Reward Structure

  • 1.1The prize amounts advertised are indicative and subject to revision based on final event registration, participation count, and revenue collected.
  • 1.2The Core Committee reserves the sole and absolute right to revise, reduce, restructure, or redistribute prize money across events at any point before or during the fest, without prior notice to participants.
  • 1.3In the event of insufficient participation or revenue, prizes may be converted to certificates, trophies, or non-monetary rewards at the discretion of the Core Committee.
  • 1.4No participant shall have a legal or monetary claim against the organizers arising from any revision of the prize structure.

2. Number of Winners & Runner-Up Positions

  • 2.1The number of winner, runner-up, and consolation positions for any event is not guaranteed and shall be determined by the Core Committee based on the total number of valid participants.
  • 2.2Events with fewer than 5 registered participants may have the runner-up and consolation positions eliminated entirely, with only a winner (if any) being declared.
  • 2.3In events with very low participation, the Core Committee may declare no winner and offer only participation certificates.

3. Event Modifications & Cancellations

  • 3.1The Core Committee reserves the right to merge, split, reschedule, or cancel any event at any time due to low registrations, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 3.2Events may be combined with similar events to ensure viable participation numbers, and prizes may be merged or adjusted accordingly.
  • 3.3In the case of event cancellation, registration fees (if any) for that specific event will not be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided.

4. Core Committee Authority

  • 4.1All decisions made by the Core Committee regarding prizes, winners, event formats, rules, and scheduling are final and binding.
  • 4.2The Core Committee may, at its discretion, appoint judges or sub-committees whose decisions on event outcomes shall be treated as the Core Committee's own.
  • 4.3Any disputes arising from event results, prize distribution, or rule interpretation shall be resolved solely by the Core Committee, and their decision shall not be subject to appeal.

5. Participation Acknowledgment

  • 5.1By registering for any event at this fest, participants acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
  • 5.2Participants agree that the organizers, Core Committee, and the institution shall not be held liable for any change in prize amounts, event formats, or outcomes.
  • 5.3The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated terms being communicated through official channels (notice board / social media / announcement at venue).

6. General Disclaimer

The Core Committee's decisions on all matters related to this fest — including but not limited to prize money, number of prizes, event formats, winner determination, and participation eligibility — are final, non-negotiable, and binding on all participants. The advertised prize pool is subject to change based on actual registrations and revenues collected.
